An excellent English speaker, Franck feels proud and privileged to have been able to bring together his excellent team.
Perrine - Demeures en Périgord

Perrine

From a young age, Perrine adored accompanying her father, Franck, on his visits to clients’ properties and despite beginning her career as an Engineer, she decided to completely change direction when the opportunity arose to join Franck in his Estate Agency business. Perrine speaks fluent English and, just like her father, she loves connecting with her clients, discovering what they are really searching for and ultimately helping them fulfil their dreams.

With 10 years of experience in the building industry, Edgar can advise you on your renovation and how to enhance the quality of your home. Born in Sarlat and trilingual, (French, English and Dutch), Edgar specialises in the area around Excideuil, Hautefort and Thiviers, a tourist region in demand close to the Perigord Noir.

Charlotte’s first love has always been art and architecture and it is no surprise, therefore, that she sees her role as Estate Agent, first and foremost, as a guide to both her buyers and her sellers, helping them through all the steps of the transaction in selling/purchasing their home.
